A Small Seed in the Good Soil

Dear Praying Friends,

We are forced on our knees to pray as we watch our world falling into chaos, seeing the barbaric, heartbreaking images from Israel and witnessing the dismantling of the fabric of society around us. Never in history so many people (at least 5.5 billion) lived without ever hearing the saving, healing and hope-giving message of the gospel. Prayer, perseverance, sacrificial obedience and unwavering commitment to proclaim the gospel is needed from a growing number of Christ-followers.

Gabor speaking at GACX workshop

Last week we were in Dallas at the Global Alliance of Church Multiplication (GACX) with 400+ other church planters, pastors and missional leaders from all over the globe. It was uplifting to hear that God is at work around the World and He wants to use all of us to bring hope to the multitudes living without hope.

A Small Seed in the Good Soil: One to Eight to 21

Two years ago Edina and I started to work with a young couple online. Every two weeks we meet with Arpi and Zsuzsi to study the Word, to train and equip them to share Christ and disciple others. They’ve seen at least eight people to come to Christ and grow in their faith. Nori is among the group of eight people of new believers. Nori started to disciple a group of 21 other new or young believers. What we were and are teaching to Arpi and Zsuzsi (the Sent 6:7 multiplication process), they are teaching that to Nori and others, then  Nori is teaching that to this group of 21 new believers. A small seed in the good soil always brings fruit. This is just one example of the many spiritual multiplications  we see God doing. That is the model that Jesus left us and commanded us to follow to spread the gospel and reach the billions who are living without God. Everything we do aims to multiply this process.
