"Aligning people's heart and giving them boldness to engage in gospel conversations."

God works, believers are equipped, the gospel is proclaimed, lives are changed!

Since January 1st, 2021 (in less than 70 days!!!) our staff team hosted 97 different evangelism and multiplication trainings (both in-person and online) leading 1,404 people through these trainings. On the picture above you can see a recent evangelism training our KC team hosted in Columbia, MO with over 100 students taking part in it. "The Changing Face of Evangelism" and the "Sent 6:7" trainings are always followed up by offering ongoing coaching because training without follow-up produces disappointing results. Since last August 343 people have joined our coaching circles. One of them is Shawn from FL. When asked, what is one thing you're seeing God do because of this training, he replied: "Aligning people's hearts and giving them boldness to engage their 'Oikos network' in gospel centered conversations." That's exactly what our desired outcome is through these trainings and ongoing coaching.

Another participant of "The Changing Face of Evangelism" said this: "I thought evangelism was scary and required me to have all the answers and expertise in Bible knowledge. I learned it was more about building relationships and helping people find the answers. I cannot quote the perfect scripture at perfect time, but I can easily use 'sometime.' I was not aware of all the tools and resources available to me and to seekers."

Watch this video from Benjamin, the director of Bridge Builders KC, who said this: "I cannot express adequately my thoughts and gratitude for the training Saturday past. Amazing and timely. The content encapsulated the heart of Bridge Builders and it was encouraging to meet another group whose heart is the same as ours."

"the Word of God is not in chain..."*

Looking at the difficult news of our world, the growing pain, division, violence and anger could make us weary and anxious. It seems that many of the foundations of our society are shaken and at many places even normalcy is void. Churches, as they are significantly loosing their voice, are struggling to give hope, to bring healing and unity. Yet in the midst of this pandemic and in the midst of all this cultural, political, economic turmoil we have ample reasons to worship God. We see Him working by raising up, equipping and envisioning people for His mission like never before! We see more and more believers engaging in spiritual conversations with the lost! We see organizations and churches locking arms and partnering for the sake of the gospel in unprecedented proportion.God is at work and His Word can't be chained! The stories above and the many others we do not have space to share are living proof of this!
